Iain Campbell

Iain Campbell leads our corporate advice team and is also a director of KSA. Iain has been involved in the turnaround sector since 2001 and has amassed huge experience in that time to build on his economics degree from Stirling University. He is an expert in the use of the company voluntary arrangement mechanism. Iain's team role is to help deal with initial enquiries to KSA either from professional referral, direct enquiry or from the internet. Once KSA is appointed, his Corporate Advice team constructs and delivers the legal framework for the rescue or turnaround deal.

Iain heads a team of specialist staff who prepare the company voluntary arrangement proposals and are expert in dealing with irate and aggressive creditor's, employee's and client issues. His background in accounting and general business means that he brings a practical approach to the problem solving that is required in complex legal restructuring of companies.

He and his team liaise with the client company, produce documentation and arrange meetings and discussions with the company stakeholders. Iain's ability to explain such complexities to creditors, for instance, allows for a professional outcome to KSA's turnaround situations. Iain also is in charge of the head office functions and training of staff.
