Keith Steven

Managing Director of KSA, Keith Steven is an expert in the rescue and turnaround of SME businesses. Where a company is distressed, but viable, he can find innovative solutions to restructuring balance sheets allied to a firm approach to management change.

Many years of practical experience in private business allied to working in insolvency situations over the last 12 years allows Keith the special ability to bring commercial pragmatism to complex insolvency and company rescue issues.

Keith is regularly invited to speak on the company voluntary arrangement mechanism and how to ensure successful turnarounds. Audiences have included venture capital investors, private equity investors, accountants, banks, insolvency practitioners and fund managers.

He helped form two private equity funds to invest in turnaround situations and is putting together a new turnaround fund for launch in 2005. This will invest in the turnaround situations that KSA is involved with.
