We are turnaround practitioners. We work all day with distressed and under pressure business people. We are pragmatic, vastly experienced and skilled in helping distressed companies. We are above all approachable and open to learning everyday. We are measured by our successes and longevity of our clients’ recoveries, not by getting paid quickly for a short term fix! We are in it for the long term and want to help you survive, recover and prosper.

We have successes as well as failures of course, because the nature of our work is that not all businesses can be turned around.
