Corporate Advice Division

Our CA division provides rescues through expert insolvency advice to clients and advisors. This team builds deals with the creditors, restructures balance sheets, introduces requisite levels of finance and generally removes pressure from the client's management.

We are experts in the company voluntary arrangement mechanism. The CVA is discussed in detail on our sister website at www.companyrescue.co.uk. We have also given some examples of our work in the case studies section of this website. Here you will find examples of the various methods we have used to address difficult corporate situations.
