Non-Executive Director's introduction page

Our NED division provides a team of highly qualified and experienced non-executives from all sides of industry and service businesses. Many have experience working for venture capital investors or for larger shareholders. All bring gravitas, quality and foresight to even the most distressed businesses.

After the introduction of the restructuring process and our Client Services team have been introduced, the board then appoints the NED. This process is agreed with the creditors and existing shareholders and directors

We have huge experience in the turnaround of small to medium sized businesses. We believe that the rescue mechanisms such as a CVA must be supported by the introduction of our turnaround management support. Often the management team is tired, under distress and needs to focus on the bigger picture issues, not the minutiae of the day to day.

Few SME or even larger companies have all of the necessary skills in all levels of the management of the business to cope with the huge burden that insolvency can place on a company.

It is KSA's strongly held view that we must help the board focus on the issues that the company faces, identify and agree weaknesses in the board and management and set strategies for change that are essential for the survival of the business. Corporate governance issues, capital adequacy and financial planning are all pre-requisites if you are a director, however firefighting tends to obscure such planned approaches.
