Corporate Advice

Our CA division provides rescues through expert insolvency advice to clients and advisors. This team builds deals with the creditors, restructures balance sheets, introduces requisite levels of finance and generally removes pressure from the client's management. Turnaround Management Services

Post rescue, this team provides day by day hands-on support, assessment of the management team's gaps, financial reporting, marketing support, production expertise etc. We have a team of experts in most fields available across the country to supplement existing management and refocus the client's team.

Non-Executive Directors Division

Longer term strategic issues are looked after by the NED team. Corporate governance, budgeting, planning, Mergers and Acquisitions and Companies Act compliance are important fields looked after by this team of specialist NED's. they include engineers chartered accountants and city executives.

Corporate Finance Division

Our vast experience with corporate finance products such as asset finance, factoring and discounting, private equity, rebanking etc when restructuring our clients means that we can often locate appropriate finance for struggling businesses. We are not brokers but often know where the best deals are.
